摘要
简述了光谱仪的微型化发展趋势。介绍了一种基于多级微反射镜的微型傅里叶变换光谱仪,其调制方式为空间调制。介绍了其结构设计及工作原理,并分别介绍了光源、多级微反射镜等相关元器件。
This paper gives a brief description on the miniature development trend of the spectrometer,and introduces a kind of miniature Fourier transform spectrometer based on multi-level micro mirror whose modulation mode is space modulation.It introduces its structure design and operation theory,and introduces respectively the photosource and multi-level micro mirror and other related components.
