摘要
为了满足工业CT控制系统的实时性、稳定性、结构小型化及功能模块化等要求,设计并完成了一种基于ARM+ASIC+FPGA架构的嵌入式工业CT控制系统。该系统利用ASIC芯片PCL6045BL实现了最多4轴的运动控制。同时利用FPGA强大的并行能力完成实时性的任务。再通过对嵌入式LINUX实时化改造,使系统达到工业CT严格的实时要求。该嵌入式工业CT控制系统具有功能强、通用性好、成本低、功耗低、可靠性高等特点,具有很强的实用性。
The study designed and completed this embedded industrial CT control system which is based on ARM + ASIC + FPGA.In order to meet the need of real-time,stability,structure and function of compact modular.in the field of industrial CT control.It use of ASIC PCL6045BL enables the system has the ability to control up to 4 axes decoupling.While taking advantage of powerful parallel FPGA hardware,the ability to run real-time tasks。 And through the transformation of real-time embedded LINUX,allowing the system to achieve the strict real time requirements of industrial CT.The embedded control of industrial CT system has the characteristics of Strong function,versatility,low cost,low power consumption,high reliability and practical.
