摘要 本文介绍了一种基于I2C总线和双ARM微控制器的印刷电路板钻床控制器。控制器由两个部分组成:人机交互系统和运动控制系统,这两个系统通过I2C总线进行连接。本文探讨了控制器系统的硬件构成和相关关键技术,最后介绍了基于μC/OS-II实时操作系统的人机交互系统的软件设计和基于时间触发的机床运动控制系统的软件设计。 A design of the PCB drilling controller based on the dual ARM MCU and I^2C BUS is introduced in this paper. The controller is composed by two systems: the MMI(Man-Machine Interface) system and the motion control system, and they are connected with I^2C BUS.The hardware composition and design is expounded in this paper. The design of the MMI system software based on μC/OS-II RTOS and the design of the motion control system software based on time-triggered mode are also introduced in this paper.
