摘要
《国际卫生条例(2005)》在我国生效以来,国家及各地方卫生检疫机构都积极对各口岸、机场、港口的卫生环境、检测设备、工作人员及现行的规章制度等方面进行调整、优化、完善。本文对国家核心能力建设在新监测模式、国际卫生机场、港口、高水平实验室及高水平的技术人才队伍等建设取得的成绩进行介绍,并指出其中的不足之处,加以分析,指出解决的办法。
Science International Health Regulations （2005） issued,all of national and local health quarantine organizations adjusted,advanced and improved sanitary environment,surveillance devices,and related rules and regulations all around frontiers,airports and ports. The article not only introduced our achievements of new surveillance mode of core-competence and competitive and the constuction of laboratory technical personnel at airports and frontiers,but also analyzed deficiencies and pointed out coutermeasures.
