摘要
目的对国家边疆公路口岸核心能力建设现状进行分析、提出建议、以完善口岸卫生检疫工作,积极服务国际卫生口岸建设。方法通过对国家核心能力建设在新监测模式、国际卫生口岸、高水平实验室及高水平的技术人才队伍建设等方面取得的成绩进行介绍,并分析其中的不足之处。结果边疆公路口岸卫生检疫核心能力建设工作取得一定成就,但也存在一些问题,需要我们提高认识,采取相应措施。结论边疆公路口岸卫生检疫核心能力建设是一项长期而艰巨的工程。有关部门宜早日统一部署,有计划地推进。只有这样才能确保口岸安全,保护公众健康。
Objective This paper tries to give some suggestions to improve port health quarantine and serve international healthy seaport construction by study the statue of the core ability construction of the frontier motorway port. Methods The achievements of the national core capacity construction have been introduced on the aspects of building the new monitoring mode, international health ports, high level of health laboratories and technical talent team, and the deficiencies have been analyzedoResults National core ability construction of port health and quarantine work has made some achievements, but there are also some problems. We need to raise awareness and take corresponding countermeasures. Conclusion The core ability construction of the frontier motorway port health quarantine is a long- term and arduous project. Relevant departments should be unified in a planned way as soon as possible. 0nly in this way can we ensure the safety of the port and protect public health.
