摘要
根据超声波在二元混合气体中传播时,声速与二元待测混合气体的浓度、温度存在一定的关系的理论,改进了超声检测二元混合气体的气体浓度的计算公式,提出了一种新的测温方法;利用TI公司新一代数字信号处理器TMS320C5509A设计了二元气体浓度检测系统并利用该系统对空气中混和氯气的浓度进行了实验验证,验证结果与理论计算吻合,检测的分辨率优于传统的以单片机为核心的检测仪,误差小于1%。
Based on the theory of ultrasonic detecting binary gas concentration in literature,taking chlorine gas in the air as an example,a simplified relation between chlorine gas concentration,temperature and velocity is obtained through approximate deal.This paper presents a new idea through using a pair of ultrasonic transducer to detect gas concentration,which can quickly obtain the gas concentration and not to take account of temperature.The designed ultrasonic binary gas mixture detector can greatly improve data-processing speed and efficiency by using new generation DSP chip TMS320C5509A and the computed results error is less than 1%.
