摘要
根据超声波在气体中的传播速度与气体组分有关的事实,以ARM芯片为主要元件设计气体浓度检测系统。该系统与现有的气体浓度检测系统相比,具有精度高、操作简单、成本低等优点。实验结果表明,该系统的检测精度可达到50×10-6。
According to the fact that the speed of the ultrasound is related to the gas composition, a gas consisteficy measurement system based on ARM is proposed. Comparing with the existing gas consistency measurement system, the proposed system has many advantages, Such as high precision, simplified operation and low cost. Experiments show that the precision of this system could reach 50×10^-6.
