摘要
应用超滤分级方法,将木素磺酸钙分成不同分子量范围的级分。研究了各级分的表面物化性能,结果表明,高分子量的级分比低分子量具有更高的表面活性和起泡性能;且高分子量级分在固液界面上的饱和吸附量基本不受分子量大小的影响,而低分子量级分的饱和吸附量随分子量的增大而增加。进一步研究了各级分对水泥、混凝土性能的影响,发现当木素磺酸钙掺量高于05%时,其分散作用随着分子量的增大而增强。随着木素磺酸钙分子量的增大,掺木素磺酸钙的水泥净浆流动度损失逐渐减少,而混凝土的含气量增大,抗压强度降低。
In this paper, calcium lignosulfonate (CL) was fractionated by means of ultrafiltration. The surface physical chemistry properties of CL in different molecular weights are discussed. The results show that the surface activity and foaming propertes of high molecular weights CL are higher than that of low molecular weights, The adsorption of low molecular weights CL on the surface of cement particle is increased as the increasing of molecular weights of CL, but the adsorption of high molecular weights CL is independent on molecular weights of CL. In addition, the effect of molecular weight of CL on the properties of cement and concrete are further studied. When the dosage of CL is more than 0.5%, the workability of cement containing CL is increased with the increasing of molecular weight of CL. With the increasing of molecular weight of CL, the air content of concrete is increased and the compressive strength of concrete is decreased.
