摘要
利用稀酸水解木质素、碱木质素为原料,合成了一系列含羟基的木质素聚脂。该树脂经调配,可与异氰酸酯反应制成聚氨酯硬泡材料。实验结果表明:以稀酸水解木质素、碱木质素为原料所制成的木质素多元醇树脂,其粘度为3000~5000cP·s/20℃,羟值为380-450mg/g,酸值小于5mg/g。经调配发泡所制得的硬质泡沫材料,表观密度为0.03-0.05g/cm^3,抗压强度大于0.15MPa,导热系数为0.023W/(M·K),吸水率3%。性能可达到工业及日常生活对保温的要求。
Using the dilute acid hydrolysis lignin and straw alkali lignin as materials and selecting many kinds of polyols as esterification agonts, a series of hydroxyl containing lignin polyesters with various chain length were synthesized. The rigid polyurethane foam was prepared using lignin polyesters as polyols component. Experimental results showed the properties of lignin polyesters were as follows: the viscosity of lignin polyesters: 3 000 -5 000 cP · s/20℃ ,hydroxyl value :380 -450 mg/g, acid value: 〈 5mg/g. The properties of lignin foam : apparent density : 0.03 - 0.05 g/cm^3, compression strength : 〉 0.15 MPa, thermal conductivity : 0.023W/( M · K), water adsorption :3%. The physical properties of lignin polyurethane foam meet the demands of industry and daily life for heat insulating material.
