摘要
由于受企业规模小、历史短、管理者素质低等一系列因素的影响,中小型民营企业的人力资源管理系统相对较为简单甚至没有,这对企业的用工会产生严重影响。本文通过对员工招聘、员工培训与发展、员工关系管理、员工签订劳动合同中存在问题的分析,以期对改善企业用工提供参考。
Because of the small of enterprise scale,short of history,low of management quality,the HRM system of the small and medium - sized privately owned enterprises is simple or non exist.This will have serious influence on the use of labor.This article analyses the problems of employee recruitment,employee training and development,employee relation,employment contract and hopes that can provide the reference for the small and medium - sized privately owned enterprises.
