摘要
结合个性化服务实现方法,分析了工程机械的个性化服务模型;以工程机械个性化服务模型为核心提出了工程机械个性化客户应用支持系统构建方法,确立了系统的总体结构和网络结构,详细阐述了各能子系统的实现途径,包括智能设备管理子系统、智能锁车子系统、备件查询订购子系统和培训考评子系统。该平台极大程度上满足了客户对个性化服务的需求,有利于促进整个工程机械行业服务水平的提高,带动整个工程机械行业的发展。
According to the theories of personalized services,the personalized service model is built for the construction machinery industry.Based on this model,a customer support system is established.Its structure,network and function are demonstrated.The system consists of four functional subsystems,including intelligence equipment management,intelligence locks,spare parts online order,and online training and check-up.These subsystems will satisfy customers' different demands on individual services,promote the service level and push the development of the entire construction machinery industry.
