摘要
本文通过对近年来清真食品的界定、清真食品标识的使用、清真食品管理的立法及清真食品监管和对策的理论成果进行研究,总结出当前清真食品管理研究的成果,并指出其不足之处,如理论研究的不完整性和制度建构研究的缺失性等。
The article based on the research of Islamic food＇s definition, the use of halal food labeling, the Islamic food management＇s legislation, the Islamic food supervision and the countermeasure theory achievement in the recent years. And in the article I will summarized the current management of Muslim food research results and pointed out its deficiency, Such as the theory of nonestablishment of system integrity, the absence of such research and so on.
