摘要
新疆作为我国领土的主要组成部分,在我国经济得到高速发展的同时,新疆的清真食品产业迅速崛起,并受到越来越多的关注。基于对新疆清真食品产业发展现状的认识,识别在发展进程中存在的问题,从而对应采取的对策进行探讨,有助于实现新疆清真食品产业实现可持续发展,引导促进民族文化和民族产业发展,促进区域经济的快速持续发展。
Xinjiang is the main part of Chinese territory. As the high speed of Chinese economy development,the halal food industry of Xinjiang has the rapid rise and has been given more and more attention. Based on the understanding of the current situation of Xinjiang＇s halal food industry,the problems of the development process and corresponding countermeasures are identified,in order to contribute to the realization of Xinjiang＇s halal food industry,to achieve sustainable development,to guide the promotion of national culture and national industry development,promoting the sustained and rapid development of regional economic.
