摘要
目的:探讨健康教育路径在经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)患者中的应用。方法:将2008年1月~2010年1月200例行经尿道前列腺电切术的患者分为为两组,对照组按常规模式进行护理,观察组运用健康教育路径,从患者的住院天数、持续膀胱冲洗天数、健康教育掌握程度、并发症及不良反应发生率、满意度调查结果等方面进行比较。结果:观察组患者住院天数、持续膀胱冲洗天数、并发症及不良反应发生率低于对照组,而健康教育掌握程度、满意度调查结果明显高于对照组。结论:将健康教育路径运用于经尿道前列腺电切术患者中能减少患者住院天数,提高床位周转率,有效提高护理工作质量,提高患者健康教育知晓率及满意度,提升科室的外部形象,是一种行之有效的工作方式。
Objective : To investigate application of health education pathway in patients after transurethral resection of prostate. Methods : 200 patients who underwent transurethral resection of prostate from January 2008 to January 2010 were divided into two groups at random, The patients in the control group were nursed in routine mode, and the patients in the experimental group were nursed in health education pathway. Hospital stay days, days of consistent irrigation of the bladder, total expense, degree of health instruction understanding, rates of complications and adverse events and satisfactory rates were recorded. Results:Hospital stay days, days of consistent irrigation of the bladder, rates of complications and adverse events in the experiment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while satisfactory rates and degree of health instruction understanding, rates were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conelusions:Applieation of health education pathway in patients after transurethral resection of prostate ean significantly decrease hospital stay days ,and can increase quality of nursing, satisfactory rates and degree of health instruction understanding. Health education pathway is a useful tool in nursing of transurethral resection of prostate patients.
