摘要
目的:探讨应用临床护理路径对肾病综合征患儿及家长实施健康教育的效果。方法:将120例肾病综合征患儿随机分为实验组和对照组各60例,实验组采用临床护理路径进行健康教育,对照组采用传统健康教育方式。结果:实验组在健康教育达标率、护理工作满意度、降低复发率3个方面与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:应用临床护理路径开展健康教育,可降低肾病综合征的复发率,提高患儿和家长对护理工作的满意度,提高护理质量。
Objective ： To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway on the health education to the children with nephrotic syndrome and their parents. Methods： One hundred and twenty children with nephrotic syndrome were divided into test group （ n = 60 ） and control group （ n = 60 ） at random. Clinical nursing pathway was applied to carry out health education to the children in test group and conventional mode of health education was taken in control group. Results ： There were significant differences in the comparison of up - to - standard rate of health education, degree of satisfaction with nursing care and recurrent rate between the two groups （ P 〈0. 05, P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： It can decrease the recurrent rate, upgrade the satisfaction of children and their parents and increase the quality of nursing care to apply clinical nursing pathway to health education to children with nephrotic syndrome.
