摘要
目的:确定壳聚糖和胶原可以作为眼用缓释材料。方法:以壳聚糖和胶原为增稠剂和增效剂,以盐酸左氧氟沙星为抗菌素,制备盐酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液,进行质量控制、稳定性和药效学研究;朗悦和海伦分别为盐酸左氧氟沙星的普通滴眼液和透明质酸钠缓释滴眼液;比较三者的粘度和药效学效果。结果:盐酸左氧氟沙星自制滴眼液的粘度为31 mPa.s,大于海伦和朗悦;在治疗细菌性结膜炎方面和缓释滴眼液海伦相当,优于朗悦。结论:盐酸左氧氟沙星壳聚糖和胶原滴眼液达到了缓释效果,壳聚糖和胶原具有眼用缓释材料的功能。
Objective: To determine whether chitosan and collagen can be used as sustained-release eye materials.Methods: Levofloxacin hydrochloride eye drops were prepared with levofloxacin hydrochloride and sustained-release materials(chitosan and collagen).The quality control,stability and pharmacodynamics of levofloxacin hydrochloride eye drops were studied.Levofloxacin hydrochloride eye drops were compared with Hai lun(sustained-release eye drops with levofloxacin hydrochloride and sodium hyaluronate) and Lang yue(normal eye drops with levofloxacin hydrochloride) in viscosity and pharmacodynamics.Results: The viscosity of levofloxacin hydrochloride eye drops was about 31mPa·s,which was better than those of Hai lun and Lang yue.The therapeutic effect was equal to Hai lun and better than Lang yue on ocular bacterial inflection.Conclusion: The prepared levofloxacin hydrochloride eye drops formulated with chitosan and collagen have a sustained-release behavior.The chitosan and collagen can be used as sustained release materials for eyes.
