摘要
目的 :评价国产 0 .0 2 5%羟甲唑啉滴眼液对非感染性结膜炎的疗效和不良反应。方法 :2 0 4例非感染性结膜炎病人随机分为国产组 10 3例和进口组 10 1例。国产组用国产 0 .0 2 5%羟甲唑啉滴眼液 ,进口组用进口同类药 ,3～ 4次·d- 1,疗程 7d。结果 :国产组总有效率 97.1%与进口组的 98.0 %差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5)。病人有眼干或结膜刺激感 ,发生率为 4 .9%及 6 .8% ,与进口组的 6 .9%及8.9%相似 (P >0 .0 5)。本品不引起视力、瞳孔、脉率和血压的改变。结论 :国产 0 .0 2 5%羟甲唑啉滴眼液能迅速、有效地缓解非感染性结膜炎的症状和体征 ,疗效和不良反应发生率与进口同类产品相似。
AIM: To evaluate the efficacy of domestic 0.025% oxymetazoline ophthalmic solution in treating non infectious conjunctivitis. METHODS: Two hundred and four outpatients with non infectious conjunctivitis were randomly divided into two groups. Domestic group (103 patients) received 0.025% domestic oxymetazoline ophthalmic solution made in Tianjin; imported group received the same kind of ophthalmic solution made in Canada, tid qid, for 7 d. The effect and adverse reaction were observed. RESULTS: The effective rates were 97.1% in domestic group and 98.0% in imported group( P >0.05). Only a few patients had complaints of dry eyes or conjunctival irritant sensation. Patients had complaints of dry eyes or conjunctival irritant sensation, 4.9%, 6.8% in domestic group and 6.9%, 8.9% in imported group, respectively( P >0.05). The ophthalmic solution didn't effect visual acuity,diameter of pupil, pulse and blood pressure. No significant differences were found between these two groups. CONCLUSION: Domestic 0.025% oxymetazoline ophthalmic solution was as effective and safe as the imported one.
