摘要
目的:探讨健康教育对老年无牙颌患者全口义齿满意度的影响。方法:选择门诊76例老年无牙颌修复患者,实验组38例,修复前进行健康教育;对照组38例,常规门诊治疗。调查患者修复后第1个月和第3个月两组中分别对全口义齿的满意度。结果:第3个月与第1个月满意度相比,在固位、语音、舒适性方面均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组第3个月较第1个月咀嚼差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组与对照组比较,第1个月和第3个月在舒适性、咀嚼、语音方面均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年无牙颌患者修复前健康教育可显著提高全口义齿满意度。
Objective：To discuss the effect of healthy education and mental intervention on edentulous patients satisfaction on complete denture.Methods： 76 edentulous outpatients in this study were randomly divided into the experimental group（38cases） and control group（38cases）.Patients in experimental group were given to healthy education before prosthesis.Satisfaction of complete denture was evaluated in the first and third months after prosthesis.Results： Compared with the first month,the satisfaction rate of stability,speaking and comfort in the third month were significantly improve in each group.The satisfaction of mastication was significantly improved in experimental group.Compared with the control group,comfort,mastication and speaking of experimental were significantly different in the first and third months.Conclusion： Healthy education before prosthesis can improve the satisfaction of complete denture in the aged edentulous patients.
