摘要
目的:探讨修复前健康教育和心理干预对老年无牙颌患者全口义齿满意度的影响。方法:选择门诊60例老年无牙颌修复患者,实验组30例,修复前进行健康教育和心理干预,对照组30例,调查患者修复后第一月和第3月的全口义齿满意度。结果:第3月与第1月满意度相比,固位、语音、舒适性差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组第3月的咀嚼较第1月差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组和对照组相比较,第1月和第3月的舒适性、咀嚼、语音差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年无牙颌患者修复前健康教育和心理干预可提高全口义齿满意度。
Objective: To discuss the effect of healthy education and mental intervention on satisfaction of complete denture in the deentulous patients before prosthesis. Methods: Sixty edentulous outpatient patients in this study were randomly divided into the experimental group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). Patients in experimental group were given to healthy education and mental intervention before prosthesis. Satisfaction of complete denture was evaluated in the first month and third months after prosthesis. Results: Compare with the first month, stability, speaking and comfort were significantly improve in each group. Mastieation was significantly improved in experimental group. Compare with the control group, comfort, mastication and speaking were significantly difference in the third month. Conclusion: Healthy education and mental intervention before prosthesis can improve the satisfaction of complete denture in the aged edentulous patients.
