摘要
采用超细WC粉末及放电等离子(SPS)烧结工艺,制备了无粘结相硬质合金材料,并对材料密度、维氏硬度、组织形貌等进行了分析.结果表明,在1700℃的烧结温度下可制备出密度15.626g/cm3、维氏硬度为2720kg·f/mm2的无粘结相硬质合金材料.
Binderless tungsten carbide was prepared by spark plasma sintering (SPS) process,using ultrafine pure WC powder.The density,Vickers Hardness and microstructure of sintered specimens were analysed in the paper.The experiment results showed that,after sintered at 1700 ℃ by SPS,the binderless tungsten carbide can get density of 15.626 g/cm3 and Vickers Hardness of 2720 kg·f/mm2.
