摘要 无粘结剂硬质合金具有比传统硬质合金更优异的耐磨性和抗腐蚀性,近几年引起了国内外一些学者的关注。本文综述了目前无粘结剂硬质合金的研究现状与进展,重点介绍了几种制备方法,主要包括真空烧结-热等静压、热压、气压烧结、放电等离子烧结和PPC等方法;比较了这种合金与传统硬质合金的性能;指出了发展这种合金所面临的几个问题。 Recent years, considerable attention has been given to binderless cemented carbide at home and abroad for its superior wear and erosion resistance to cemented carbide. This paper has summarized the present status of research and development activities in this field. The methods of manufacturing binderleas cemented carbide are introduced in detail,such as vacumn sintering-hot isostatic pressing, hot pressing, gas sintering, spark plasma sintering, plasma pressure compaction. The superior properties of this alloy are compared with cemented carbide. Several problems of developing this hard material are pointed out.
