超细WC粉末Fsss粒度与超细硬质合金中WC晶粒度无法对应的原因分析 被引量:4

摘要 以两种不同工艺制备的超细WC粉末为原料制备超细硬质合金,从WC粉末中的团聚体和烧结颈两方面来分析超细WC粉末Fsss粒度与超细硬质合金中WC晶粒度无法对应的原因。结果表明:超细WC粉末中团聚体、烧结颈的存在会导致其Fsss粒度与一次颗粒粒度的偏差,而合金中WC晶粒是在一次颗粒的基础上长大的,因此由Fsss粒度预测的合金中WC晶粒度与实际合金中WC晶粒度的对应关系存在偏差。 The ultrafine cemented carbides were prepared with ultrafine WC powders synthesized with two different methods. Meanwhile, the causes of non-correspondence of Fisher particle size of ultrafine WC powder to WC grain size of ultrafine cemented carbide were analyzed from the two respects of the aggregates and sintering necks of WC powders. The results show that existence of aggregates and sintering necks can result in the deviation between Fisher particle size and primary particle size of WC powder. In ad- dition,the WC grains grow on the primary particles and therefore the deviation develops between actual WC grain size of cemented carbide and that predicted by Fisher particle size of WC powder.
