摘要
球形肺炎是肺炎的一种特殊影像学表现形式,易与肺内的其他球形病变(如肺癌、肉芽肿性疾病等)相混淆,给诊断和治疗带来困难,甚至一些球形肺炎患者接受了手术切除病灶等不必要的治疗,为了提高对球形肺炎的认识及准确诊断。本文简要总结球形肺炎的临床和影像学特点,阐述球形肺炎的鉴别诊断原则及临床思维程序。
Spherical pneumonia,a type of pneumonia based on unique radiological imaging,can readily cause confusion with other spherical lesions（e.g.lung tumor,granulomatous lesions） and thereby creating problems for diagnosis and treatment.This paper briefly summarized the clinical and radiological features of spherical pneumonia,and explored the priniciples for differential diagnosis and the clinical algorithm as to management of this disease.
