3种重金属联合对孔雀鱼肝脏抗氧化酶系统的影响 被引量:8

摘要 以孔雀鱼为受试生物,研究了3种重金属(Cu2+、Cd2+和Cr6+)联合毒性对孔雀鱼肝脏抗氧化酶系统的影响。结果表明:重金属对孔雀鱼肝脏3种抗氧化酶均有不同的影响,其中孔雀鱼肝脏CAT、GSH-PX活性在暴露2天后均被显著诱导,随着时间的延长酶活性逐渐降低,暴露8天后活性低于对照组。孔雀鱼肝脏SOD活性在暴露2天后呈现诱导效应,随着浓度的增大,诱导效应明显。在高浓度暴露条件下,暴露2天后SOD活性显著升高,但随着暴露时间的延长,SOD活性降低。 A joint toxicity of three heavy metals(Cu2+、Cd2+and Cr6+) on the antioxidant enzymes of Poecilia reticulata liver was investigated.The results showed that the heavy metals had different effects on the three antioxidant enzymes in Poecilia reticulata liver.For 2 days exposure,the activity of CAT,GSH-PX activity were significantly induced,but decreased with the extension of exposure time,and after 8 days the activity was lower than the control group.SOD activity appeared inductive effect after 2 days exposure.With the increase of concentration,the induced effect for SOD was obvious.Exposed in higher concentrations of metals,SOD activity was significantly increased for 2 days exposure,and was decreased with the extension of exposure time.
