摘要
为了评估重金属污染物对鱼类的毒理效应,利用暴露饲养法研究了短期Cu2+暴露对中华倒刺鲃幼鱼的毒性及其SOD、GSH-Px活性随暴露时间的变化规律。结果表明,Cu2+对中华倒刺鲃幼鱼具有高毒性;低浓度(0.01mg·L-1)Cu2+暴露能诱发SOD、GSH-Px活性升高,但Cu2+浓度升高和暴露时间延长可导致酶活性降低;Cu2+浓度越高,SOD、GSH-Px活性变化越急剧,出现活性抑制的时间就越提前。这些结果表明,Cu2+对中华倒刺鲃抗氧化酶有毒理效应,可通过监测污染水体中鱼类的SOD或GSH-Px活性变化来评估水生生态系统的Cu2+污染程度。
To evaluate the toxicological effects of the heavy metal pollutant on aquatic animals,the toxicityof cupric ions on Spinibarbus sinensis during short-term exposure and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) on several tissues of experimental fish were determined after a 8 day-period of exposure to different concentrations (0.01, 0.04 and 0.16 mg· L^-l) of cupric ions. The results revealed that cupric ions showed high toxicity on Spinibarbus sinensis, and also had significantly toxic effects on activities of SOD and GSH-Px in all tested tissues of the fish. The activities of SOD and GSH-Px increased in a low cupric ions concentration (0.01 mg· L^-1), and then the enzyme activities decreased with the increase of cupric ions concentrations and extension of exposure time. The enzyme activities increased more quickly during exposure of higher cupric ions concentrations, and the inhibition result of the enzyme activities also occurred more early. All of these results indicated that the pollution degrees of cupric ions in aquatic ecosystem could be evaluated by examining enzyme activities of SOD and GSH-Px in survival fish in the polluted water.
