摘要
随着平遥旅游国际化时代的到来,景点名称的翻译成为值得我们研究的重要课题。景点名称的翻译是一项目的性明确的交流活动,其目的的实现主要依赖读者对译文的反应。在景点名称的翻译中,译者应充分考虑中西文化、语言和审美习惯的差异及译文读者的期待视野,重视对译文读者的关照,而不能一味消极地迁就读者,要超越读者、创造读者,拓宽读者的"期待视野"。通过景点名称的译作向国外读者推介中国的特色语言、宣传中华民族灿烂的历史文化,从而提高译文读者的语言和文化修养,这才是更积极意义上的读者关照。
The translation of scenic spots is considered as a communication activity with clear purpose which primarily depends on the TL readers' response to achieve its purpose.Reception aesthetics has important enlightenments on translation with readers as the core.In the scenic spots translation,it argues that the translator should take into consideration of the cultural,language and aesthetic habits difference between China and the West,TL readers' horizon of expectation,attention and concern for the TL readers.Meanwhile,the author again suggests that the translator shouldn't always accommodate the TL readers passively,to the opposite,he should surpass the reader,create the new TL readers and widen the TL readers' horizon of expectation.
