摘要
在组合铂膜探头的基础上,提出了一种多探头热式气体流量传感器的结构形式,运用FLUENT软件在不同直管段条件下对其所在的管道内的流场进行仿真研究。运用多传感器数据融合的方法对每个探头所在测量点的仿真流速值进行处理融合,并与单点仿真结果进行比较。仿真结果表明:在直管段长度较短,流场分布不规则的情况下,多探头流量传感器的测量精度明显比单个探头要高。
A muhi-probe thermal gas flow sensor is designed based on assembled platinum-film probe. The flow field of the sensor in the pipe was simulated by FLUENT software at different flow development length. The simulation datas from the measurement points where the probes set are processed with the method of multi-sensor data fusion. The results of simulation show that the measurement precision of muhi-probe flow sensor is much higher than single probe when the flow development length is not adequate and the flow field is not regular.
