摘要
教育理论研究者介入下的中小学教师理论学习与实践转化要关注四大问题,即:教育理论如何打动教师?以什么样的形式促进教师学习并理解理论?教师如何实现从"会说"到"会做"的转化?如何使教师持续性进行理论学习与实践转化?这四大问题的解决都需要教育理论者的深度介入以及与教师的有效合作。
We must solve four issues for the primary and secondary school teachers' theoretical learning and its practical transformation under the intervening of educational theorists.How does the educational theory move the teachers? Which way can promote teachers' theoretical learning and understanding? How does the teacher realize the transformation from "speaking" to "doing"? How to make teacher conduct theoretical learning and practical transformation continually? To resolve these four problems need the educational theorist's deep intervening and the effective cooperation with teachers.
