摘要
教育家型教师应当是党的教育方针的坚定执行者,是教师队伍的先锋,肩负着培养祖国未来建设者的重任。梳理潜在教育家型教师的专业现状,分析专业发展困境,理清专业发展愿景,明晰专业发展有效路径,有助于推动他们不断超越自我,成长为有专业信仰和专业觉悟的新时代教育家型教师。
The educationist teachers should be the firm executors of the party’s educational policy and the pioneers of the teaching staff.They shoulder the responsibility of training the future builders of the motherland.Combing the professional status of potential educationist teachers,analyzing the difficulties of professional development,clarifying the vision of professional development,and clarifying the effective route of professional development will help them to continuously surpass themselves and grow into good teachers with professional faith and professional awareness in the new era.
