摘要
教师培训工作关系到基础教育的兴衰,龙岩学院从1993年开始努力打造平台,为教师成长搭建阶梯,特别是在课程改革的背景下,充分利用网络教育资源,走出了一条适应山区的教师培训之路。
The rise or fall of fundamental education lies in the training of teachers. The platform and development ladders for teachers have been established in Longyan University since 1993. The resources from the Interact have been fully used, particularly in the reform of curriculum, so that a training approach of Longyan characteristics has been discovered.
