摘要
高校校园招聘会呈现出高耗低效的特点:"三多三少,二大二小,一高一低",这一特点促使作者从作用和政策两个方面对校园招聘会的存在进行了充分地论证,并进一步从职责、功能、目标三个方面全面深入地阐明了校园招聘会的定位问题,为高校校园招聘会的发展壮大提供了理论依据。
Campus recruitment fairs in colleges and universities have some characteristics,including "many employing units,but few are ideal for students;many positions,but few ideal ones;many students in the recruitment fairs,but few of them aim at being recruited;large investment,but having few fruits".These characteristics promote the author of the passage to demonstrate why the campus recruitment fairs exist from the two aspects involving its functions and policy and further discuss about the position of the campus recruitment fairs from three aspects:responsibility,function and goal.The aim of this essay is to provide us with some theoretical proof of improving,enlarging and strengthening the functions of campus recruitment fairs in colleges and universities.
