摘要
认知语言学认为,语言形式反映人们对世界的认知方式和内在的认知机制。据此,笔者认为,语言中众多的强调功能手段相对于人们的经验结构、概念框架和认知方式来说,应是有理可据的。本文根据象似性理论对强调功能的认知机制进行了系统论证,并得出结论:象似性就是强调功能的主要认知机制之一。
Cognitive linguistics holds that linguistic forms reflect the cognitive models of human beings of knowing the world and their internal cognitive mechanism.Accordingly,the author believes that emphatic means,which are rich in language,motivated with reference to human experiential structure,conceptual structure and cognitive model.Based on the theory of iconicity,this paper systematically explores the cognitive mechanism of linguistic emphatic function,and draws a conclusion that iconicity is one of the major cognitive mechanisms.
