摘要
[目的]建立一种用于测定吴茱萸药材中重金属元素含量的新方法。[方法]采用微波消解系统消解不同产地的吴茱萸药材样品,用原子吸收分光光度法和原子荧光光度法测定Pb、Cd、As、Hg和Cu的含量。[结果]测定的样品中5种有害元素含量均未超标,测定方法的加标回收率为92.0%~100.8%,相对标准偏差为0.65%~3.14%。[结论]该试验方法操作简便、快速,具有良好的精密度和准确度,可用于吴茱萸等药材中重金属元素含量的测定。
[Objective] To establish a method for the content determination of Pb,Cd,As,Hg and Cu in Evodia rutaecarpa.[Method] The samples of Evodia rutaecarpa from different places were digested by microwave and the content of Pb,Cd,As,Hg and Cu was measured by AAS(atomic absorption spectrophotometry) and AFS(atomic fluorescence spectrometry).[Result] The standard recovery of the detection method is 92.0%-100.8% and the relative deviation were 0.65%-3.14%.[Conclusion] The method is simple and rapid for operating with a quite high precision and accuracy and can be used for the determination of Pb,Cd,As,Hg and Cu in Evodia rutaecarpa medicine.
