摘要
目的探讨含肌腱的第二掌背动脉蒂复合组织瓣修复示指掌侧肌腱皮肤缺损的效果。方法以含示指固有伸肌腱第二掌背动脉为蒂的皮瓣逆行转移修复６例患者。结果随访３～６个月，６例皮瓣均成活，颜色、质地正常，示指伸屈功能基本恢复。结论含示指固有伸肌腱、第二掌背动脉为蒂的复合组织瓣，能有效修复示指掌侧肌腱皮肤缺损创面。
Objective To study the repairing effect of the volar tendon skin defect of index by applying complex extensor tendon flap based on the second dorsal metacarpal artery(SDAM). Methods 6 cases were treated by the retroversal island flaps based on SDMA with the extensor indicis proprius tendon. Results The follow up study was carried out for 3￣6 months. All the flaps transferred were alive with normal colour and texture. The flex function of the indexes was restored. Conclusion The technique can cover the volar tendon skin wound of index effectively because of transferring tendon and simutaneously using complex extensor indicis proprius tendon flap based on SDMA.
