摘要
作者通过对12侧新鲜成人上肢标本血管染料灌注、解剖观察,发现手的掌背动脉在指蹼处与指掌侧总动脉或其分支之间有吻合支相连,该吻合支外径较粗,位置恒定,有静脉伴行.以此吻合支为蒂、掌背动脉为轴,设计了手背递行岛状皮瓣。本文阐述了皮瓣设计的解剖学依据,并就皮瓣的血供特点、切取范围、优缺点进行了讨论.作者认为:本皮瓣质地好,血管恒定、操作简单、成活率高,也可带伸肌腱和掌骨片复合移植,对手掌或手指的修复,具有其它皮瓣不可比拟的作用.
In the present anatomic observa-tion 12 hand specimens injected withred latex through the arteries were di-ssected.It was found that there wereanastomotic branches in the web-spa-ces which linked up the dorsal meta-carpal arteries with the common pa-lmar digital arteries or their branch-es.The anastomotic branches have acomparatively thick outer diameterand two accompanying veins.Basedupon one of the anastomotic branchesa reverse island skin flap on the do-rsum of the hand can be taken.Theflap is suitable for covering losses ofsoft tissue of the palm and fingers.
