摘要
目的:为探讨拇指指腹外伤性皮肤缺损的修复方法。方法:采用第二掌指动脉岛状皮瓣转移修复拇指指腹损伤。结果:随访5个月至3年,所有修复拇指色质好,外形满意,有感觉。结论:尽管拇指损伤的修复方法很多,但第二掌背动脉岛状皮瓣转移,不需特殊设备,一次完成手术,省力、省时、经济,在基层医院有推广应用价值。
Objective: To find a better method of repairing the scarcity of the skin in the belly of thumb. Methods: The second dorsal metacatal artery island flap was applied. Results: All the thumbs shew satisfactory appearance and functioned well in five months to three years follow - up. Conclusion: There are many methods of repairing the scarcity of the sking in the thumb belly but this one doesn' t need special facilities. and the operation is easy and economic. We think it worth popularizing in all local hospitals.
