正交设计法优选降香挥发油的提取条件

摘要 [目的]优化降香挥发油的提取条件。[方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法,以挥发油得率为指标,采用正交试验法考察溶剂用量、提取时间、药材粒度对挥发油收率的影响。[结果]优化的降香挥发油提取工艺为:用药材细粉加8倍量的水,提取7 h。[结论]该试验得出的提取条件下,降香挥发油提取率高、稳定性好,适合工业生产。 [Objective] The research aimed to optimize the extract process of volatile oil in Dalbergia odorifera.[Method]The extraction of volatile oil was performed by using steam distillation method with extraction rate of volatile oil as index.The orthogonal design was used to test the effect of solvent volume,extraction time and herbal granularity.[Result] The optimal extraction technology of volatile oil in Dalbergia odorifera was extracting with herbal medicine powder,8 times volume of water,extracting for 7 hours.[Conclusion] Under these test conditions,the volatile oil from Dalbergia odorifera had high extraction rate and good stability and it was suitable for industrial production.
