摘要
目的:探讨慢性前列腺炎性刺激对膀胱功能的影响。方法:前列腺内注射完全弗氏佐剂(Completion of freund adjuvant,CFA)制作大鼠慢性前列腺炎症模型,设立生理盐水对照组和假手术组,分别于前列腺注射前后在清醒状态下行尿动力学检测。结果:CFA实验组前列腺炎性刺激后,充盈性膀胱压力测定显示膀胱基础压和排尿前压增加(P<0.05),膀胱容量降低(P<0.05),最大排尿压降低(P<0.01)。对照组和假手术组尿动力学参数前后比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:前列腺炎性刺激能引起膀胱跨器官痛觉致敏,与慢性前列腺炎/慢性盆底痛综合征的排尿功能异常有关。
Objective： To investigate the effects of noxious stimulation of the prostate on urinary bladder function in rats. Materials and Methods： a total of 18 rats were randomly assigned to completion Freund adjuvant（CFA）group,saline control and sham operation group. To examine mechanical sensitivity of the bladder,conscious filling cystometry was performed twice（before and after CFA injection into the prostate）. Results： With the use of cystometry,prostatic irritation shortened mean micturition interval（P0.05）,decreased Mean volume threshold inducing micturition,increased baseline pressure and threshold pressure （P 0.05）,but lowered peak micturition pressure compared to controls （P0.01）. Conclusion： These findings suggest that bladder-prostate cross-sensitization may play a role in voiding dysfunction associated with chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome.
