摘要 目的观察宫颈炎性刺激时大鼠膀胱功能的尿动力学指标变化。方法成年雌性大鼠36只,采用随机数字表法分为实验组(24只)和对照组(12只),分别用25%苯酚胶浆和生理盐水构建宫颈炎模型和模型对照,造模前后分别对各组行充盈性膀胱压力测定。结果①对照组生理盐水刺激宫颈前后膀胱基础压、排尿前压、排尿压膀胱容积和顺应性无显著变化(P>0.05),在膀胱充盈期未见明显不稳定收缩。而苯酚胶浆对大鼠宫颈所造成的炎性刺激可以使膀胱基础压和排尿前压增加,膀胱容积和顺应性降低,排尿性收缩抑制,与刺激前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在膀胱充盈期66.67%(16/24)的大鼠出现不稳定性收缩。②对照组与实验组刺激前各尿动力学指标结果间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而刺激后两组间各结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论大鼠宫颈在受到炎性刺激时可以引起膀胱功能的改变。 Objective To investigate the bladder function alterations after inflammatory stimulation to cervix through observing urodynamic parameters in rats. Methods A total of 36 adult female Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly assigned into 2 groups, cervicitis group (n = 24) and control (n = 12). The cervicitis model was established by intravaginal injection of 0.1 ml 25% phenol mucilage, once in 2 d for 5 times, and the rats of control group receiving an intravaginal injection of normal saline. Cervical tissue samples were collected after the model establishment. The filling cystometry was performed before and after the stimulation in each group. Results (1) In the control group, the basic pressure, per-micturition pressure, mieturition pressure, vesical volume and vesical compliance were not significantly changed ( P 〉 0.05 ) , and there was no significant difference in instable contraction occurring at filling period. As compared with those before stimulation, the cervicitis model group had increased basic pressure and per-micturition pressure and significantly decreased micturition pressure, vesical volume and vesical compliance lowered (P 〈 0.01 ), and micturition contractions were inhibited. Among them, 66.67% rats experienced instable contractions at filling period. (2) In the rats before stimulation, the difference of urodynamic indexes had no significance in the rats stimulated with the phenol mucilage and with the normal saline ( P 〉 0.05 ) , but the changes were significant after stimula- tion (P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion The inflammatory stimulus to cervix causes bladder function changes in rats, hut the underlying mechanism need to be further studied.
