摘要 将自制的非水溶性β-环糊精聚合物制成溶胶,将该溶胶充满柱放置一段时间,固定相微粒均匀地吸附在柱壁上,制备出了高效率的玻璃毛细管柱。测试了所制备柱的性能并对某些化合物进行了分离。 A waterinsoluble Cyclodextrin polymer was synthesized and used as stationary phase for gas chromatography in this paper. The polymer was prepared to be collosol and then injected into the glass capillary column. The capillary column full of this collosol was laid for some time,the corpuscle of stationary phase was absorbed on the surface of capillary column and high-efficient columns were prepared.The property of these columns was tested and some compounds were separated.
