摘要
以甲基丙烯酸甘油酯(GMA)和双(六-O-丁烯二酸单脂)-β-环糊精为单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(ED-MA)为交联剂,2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基-1-丙磺酸(AMPS)用来产生电渗流,正丙醇和1,4丁二醇为制孔剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂剂的条件下,在75μm内径的毛细管内原位聚合制得了整体柱,并应用于盐酸安非他酮对映体的分离,得到盐酸安非他酮对映体的基线分离。结果表明,所制备的毛细管整体柱具有良好的重现性、渗透性,在手性分离中具有很好的应用前景。
Taking bisphenol-a-glycidyl methacrylate ( GMA ) and bis ( 6-O-butene diacid ester) -β cyclodextrin as monomers, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EDMA) as a crosslinker, using 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS) to produce electroosmotic flow, propanol and 1,4 butanediol as pore-forming agent and azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as an initiator, monolithic column is prepared via in situ polymerization in 75 μm i.d. capillary, which is used to separate enantiomer of bupropion and the baseline separation is obtained. The result shows that capillary monolithic column prepared has good reproducibility and permeability, and it has good prospective application in chiral separation.
