A RP-HPLC method for the determination of m-chlorobenzoic acid in the antidepressant of bupropion hydrochloride was estab lised.The method was proved to be accurate,sensitive and precise.It can be applied for the content assay of m-chlorobenzoic acid in the bupropion hydrochloride.
