摘要
研究了以全烷基化β-环糊精毛细管柱分离二元取代苯异构体的方法.合成了全甲基化β-环糊精,全丙基化β-环糊精,全戊基化β-环糊精.并用它们作气相色谱固定液,涂渍在弹性石英毛细管柱上,用以分离二甲苯、二硝基甲苯、甲酚、二甲酸等工业及环境污染物中常见的异构体.用10m长的毛细管柱可以很好地分离上述的二元取代苯异构体.
Describes a method of separation for disubstituted benzene isomers unsin capil lary columns coatal with peralkylated β-cyclodextrins. Three peralkylatedβ permethyl-i.e permethyl-, perpropel-and perpentyl0-β-cyclodextrins were synthesized, and the capillary columns were coated with there stationary phases. A number of disubstituted benzene isomers were separated using a 10m long column coated with these stationary phases, e. g. xylene, Crysol, dimethyphenol, diclorobenzene, nitrochlorobenzene, and nitrobromobenzene isomers.
