新型手性毛细管柱的研制及对手性物质的分离

摘要 以β-环糊精衍生物为固定相,色谱法分离对映体是现代科学研究的重点之一。研究了合成两种新的β-环糊精衍生物色谱固定相,2,3,6-三-O-三庚基-β-CD(THPCD)和2,6-O-二庚基-3-O-乙酰基-β-CD(DHACD),以OV-1701为稀释剂,采用动态法,制备了新型毛细管色谱柱,从柱的分离选择性、惰性、柱效、稀释剂的配比等方面作了较为系统的研究,并初步探讨了β-环糊精衍生物固定相可能的手性拆分机理。 Two new β-cyclodextrin derivatives,THPCD(Ⅰ) and DHACD(Ⅱ),were synthesized.Being dissolved in OV-1701,the cyclodextrin derivatives were used as gas chromaotographic(GC) stationary phase to prepare new chiral capillary columns,the wall of which had been modified by BaSO_4 prior to coating.Capillary columns were coated by superdynamic method.Systematic examinations,such as separation ability.Column efficiency,stability had been discussed.Enantiomeric separation was performed on chiral capillary column coated withⅠand Ⅱ.The results showed that Ⅱ has higher enantioselectivity than Ⅰ for chiral alcohols,amines.
