摘要
通过对超细羊毛纤维进行改性处理和功能整理,研究了纤维表面形貌结构的变化对物理性能的影响,并探讨了功能材料和超细羊毛纤维的结合对服用性能的影响。实验结果表明:细度为16.5~17.5μm的超细羊毛经改性处理后细度降低约0.5~0.8μm;纤维顺、逆摩擦因数比山羊绒降低20%~40%;功能材料与纤维的结合,使初始模量较改性前降低了10.4%;抗起毛起球性能达到4级。
The affect of surface morphology of modified and functional finished super-fine wool fiber on physical properties was studied,and the affect of modified agent on wearability was discussed.The results showed that the fineness of modified super-fine wool fiber having 16.5 ~ 17.5 μm reduced by about around 0.5 ~ 0.8 μm;the direct and reverse friction factor were lower 20% ~ 40% than cashmere ones.The initial modulus of functional super-fine wool fiber was reduced 10.4% than un-modified ones;the anti-pilling performance was up to level 4.
