摘要
通过对11.4~20.5μm等9种不同细度超细羊毛的拉伸性能、摩擦性能进行测试,研究细度对超细羊毛纤维拉伸及摩擦等力学性能的影响,得到了细度与拉伸性能、摩擦性能之间的一般规律,对实际的毛纺工艺有一定的参考价值。实验结果表明:在一定的细度范围内,超细羊毛纤维的拉伸强度随细度的增加先下降随后逐步增大,而摩擦性能与细度的关系较为复杂,表现在摩擦因数与摩擦效应2方面,其总体变化趋势较为缓慢稳定,在一定的范围内波动。
According to the properties of tensile and friction of 9 different fineness superfine wool fiber from 11.4~20.5 μm by tests,the paper studied the influence of the fineness of superfine wool fiber on the mechanical properties,and showed the general law of the influence between the fineness and the properties of tensile and friction.The experimental results showed that: in a certain degree of fineness range,With the increase of fineness,the tensile strength of superfine wool fiber first decline then increase gradually,and the relationship between the degree of fineness and friction was relatively complex,reflected in two aspects by friction factor and friction effect,the overall trend was quite stabilized and fluctuated within a certain range.
