精纺羊绒搓捻粗纱退绕黏毛现象研究

摘要 根据生产实际经验和理论分析,选取影响精纺羊绒搓捻粗纱退绕黏毛的4个因素:螺旋导纱钩、出条张力、粗纱条重、回潮率,每个因素选取3个工艺水平,设计了4因素3水平的正交试验,经极差分析得出最优工艺水平组合和各因素影响次序,经方差分析可知螺旋导纱钩的影响是显著的。得出:精纺羊绒搓捻粗纱在细纱工序生产时,退绕黏毛比较普遍,黏毛严重会直接影响羊绒纱品质质量和生产进程,防止粗纱退绕黏毛是精纺羊绒生产的关键,在粗纱生产时首先要关注螺旋导纱钩和出条张力的选择,防患于未然,保障生产顺利。 According to the actual production experience and theoretical analysis, Selection four factors of worsted cashmere no-twist roving unwinding sticky hair: spiral yarn hook, the tension, roving weight, moisture regain Each factor has chosen to normal production craft of three levels, designed a four factors three levels orthogonal test, the poor analysis it is concluded that the optimum combination of technological level and the factors affect the order, by the analysis of variance to know the influence of screw thread hook is significant. So, worsted cashmere slub roving in spinning process, unwinding sticky hairs is relatively common, serious sticky hairs will directly affect the quality of cashmere yarn quality and the production process, to prevent the roving unwinding sticky hairs is the key of the worsted cashmere production, so when the roving production first article will focus on spiral yarn hook and the tension of choice, nip in the bud, ensure production smoothly.
