摘要
采用氯化镍作催化剂,次氯酸钠氯化处理羊毛纤维.羊毛经40~45mg/L氯化镍溶液处理10min,水洗,挤干,再经次氯酸钠4%(有效氯浓度对织物重)、pH值6~7溶液中处理10~20min,亚硫酸氢钠脱氯,水洗,烘干后羊毛鳞片被剥离,纤维细度、强力、伸长率等各项性能指标与羊绒基本接近。
Using nickel chloride as catalyst,wool was chlorinated by sodium hypochlorite through treated with 40~45mg/L nickel chloride solution for 10 minutes, rinsed with water, squeezed, then treated with 4% sodium hypochlorite solution (active chlorine concentration to fabric weight)at pH 6~7 for 10~20minutes, followed by dechlorination with sodium hydrogen-sulfite, rinsing with water and drying. Having stripped scales from wool,property indexes such as fibre fineness, strength and elogation rate of the treated wool were close to those of cashmere. Therefore this process is an effective one for cashmere imitating with wool.
