摘要
公益性讲座已成为公共图书馆的核心业务之一,讲座经费短缺是图书馆必须着力解决的问题。"借力"模式是指借助图书出版经营单位的经费资助;"借势"模式是指借助新闻媒体进行宣传;"借台"模式是指借助地方党政机关的支持。这些合作模式借助社会资源能够有效解决公共图书馆公益性讲座工作所面临的问题。
Public lecture is one of core businesses in public libraries. Librades have to confront and solve the outlay problem for lectures. There are three modes for public lectures： obtaining financial supports from book publishers; propagating with the help of news media; obtaining supports trom local governments. These cooperation modes which get help from social resources could solve problems of public lectures in public libraries effectively.
