摘要
公益讲座作为公共图书馆读者服务工作的延伸,在组织与传播过程中存在着许多困境。通过分析发现,传播上存在的困境主要是现代传媒的应用和知识产权的保护;经费上面临的困境则是经费来源单一和如何利用社会力量。基于此,文章针对不同层面的困境,提出了聘请专业法律顾问、采取合理使用和法定许可、与社会力量合作等解决对策。
As an extension of reader service work in public libraries,there are many difficulties in the process of organization and dissemination.The article analyzes the difficulties it faces from the communication methods and funding sources.The difficulties in communication mainly include the application of modern media and the protection of intellectual property rights.The dilemma in funding is the single source of funding and how to use social power.Through the analysis,the article gives some countermeasures such as hiring the professional legal counsel,adopting the reasonable use and legal permission,and cooperating with the social forces.
